Bridgewater State University welcomes approximately 1,000 transfer students each year — and we make every effort to streamline the process and get you settled in as a member of our community. At our dedicated Transfer Center, we’ll work with you to figure out how to transfer credits, which major to pursue and which courses to take next.

Apply for Admission as a Transfer Student
You should apply as a transfer student if you have ever taken courses at another college or university after graduating from high school. Transfer students, like you, account for about half of all new students every year at BSU.
